Soak in the charm of California’s Central Coast at our upcoming Volaire Aviation Forum in beautiful San Luis Obispo. Connect with aviation colleagues and airline representatives in a vibrant downtown setting surrounded by rolling vineyards, coastal views, and relaxed California style.

The event kicks off on Monday evening, April 13, with a welcome reception at Hotel SLO, inviting attendees to unwind and reconnect with industry peers in an inviting rooftop setting at the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo.

Tuesday begins with focused one-on-one airline meetings designed to strengthen your airport’s partnerships and spark new opportunities. That evening, attendees will enjoy an offsite dinner overlooking the Pacific Ocean in nearby Pismo Beach, complete with local cuisine, coastal breezes, and California sunset views. Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the dinner event.

Wednesday morning continues with additional one-on-one airline meetings, wrapping up late morning to allow attendees time to explore the region’s many offerings — from wine tasting in Edna Valley to exploring historic downtown SLO or relaxing along the Central Coast.

Your registration fee of $1,850.00 includes access to all Volaire Aviation Forum meetings, networking events, and meals.

Credit card payment at registration is required to complete and confirm your registration and is our preferred payment method. Requests for payment by check or invoice may be accommodated but will be subject to an additional administrative processing fee due to the added handling required.

Accommodations:

A special group rate is available for Forum attendees at Hotel SLO. The hotel features modern coastal-inspired rooms, on-site dining, and easy access to shops, tasting rooms, and the region’s best attractions.
